26 year-old Ashley Halstead was last seen on November 15th 2016, and was thought to have last been in the Little Rock, Arkansas area. It is unknown what color, style or type of clothes that Ashley was wearing. Ashley has a quarter-sized flower tattoo on the top of her foot (possibly the right foot), and a scar about 1 inch in length on her left thigh.
