The ceremony was attended by several members of Texas EquuSearch and a multitude of family, friends and a community that miss Rachel every single day.

Original Post: 19-year-old Rachel Cooke was last seen in Georgetown, Texas on January 10, 2002.  At the time of her disappearance, Rachel had short to shoulder-length blonde hair with brown high/low lights. Rachel has hazel eyes and is fair in complexion. Rachel was last seen going for a jog in the North Lake subdivision of Georgetown, Texas and was wearing a gray running outfit, a green sports bra, Asics running shoes, and a yellow Walkman on her arm with sports-style headphones. Rachel has two heart-shaped cherries tattooed on her left shoulder and a black star tattooed on her left foot near her pinky toe. Rachel has both ears pierced and a pierced naval.
