The Command Post staging area will be at Chancellor Elementary School, located at 4350 Boone Rd. in Houston, Texas. We will be in need of searchers on foot and ATVs. Original Post: 85 year-old John Lloyd Hebert was last seen on the west / southwest side of Houston, Texas on July 15th 2020. Mr. Herbert is disabled and in a wheelchair. He has been diagnosed with Dementia and Schizophrenia. Herbert was last known to be wearing a blue polo shirt with vertical black lines, khaki shorts and sandals. Herbert has a short white beard. It is critical to Herbert’s well-being that we find him as soon as possible.
