23 year-old Tamara Rivera was last seen near the waters, close to the Fred Hartman Bridge in Baytown, Texas on November 7th 2019. Tamara was wearing black pants, and a black shirt with white sleeves. Tamara has the word “LOVE” tattooed on top of her right wrist, and she has a pierced nose and eye brow. Tamara has dark brown hair below her shoulder.
