31 year-old Joe Aubry Powell was last seen in the Clear Lake area of Houston, Texas on the morning of November 25th 2018. Joe was wearing unknown-colored basketball shorts and a t-shirt. Joe was last seen in the area of Bay Area Blvd. @ Space Center Blvd. driving his white, 2014 Toyota Tacoma pick-up truck (similar to the one above) with Texas license plates of DSZ-2794. The truck has a blue Kolbalt toolbox in the bed of the truck.
