9/14/17 — 20 year-old Desi Torres as last seen in Fresno, Texas on the afternoon of September 12th 2017. Desi was wearing a dark, grayish-blue t-shirt, jeans and black tactical boots. Desi has a full beard, and short curly hair. Desi was last seen in the area of FM 521 in Fresno, Texas. If you have seen Desi Torres since his disappearance, if you know of his current whereabouts or if you have any information concerning Desi’s disappearance; please call the Ft.
