07/19/17 — Harold Cantrell, age 85, was last seen on July 5, 2017 at the Indigo Palms Memory Facility in Daytona Beach, FL. Mr. Cantrell suffers from Alzheimer’s Disease, along with a host of other medical conditions. He is without his medications. He was last seen wearing black cotton pants, dark brown orthopedic shoes, a white polo shirt, white undershirt and a dark colored baseball hat with “U.S. Navy Retired” patch. He was also wearing a black key lanyard with his room number.
