02/22/17 — 56 year-old Jim Bob Cook was last seen in Azle, Texas on February 8th 2017. Jim Bob was wearing a black felt cowboy hat, wrangler jeans, a black t-shirt and boots. Jim Bob was driving his black, 2016 Ford F-150 extended cab pick-up truck that has black rims and chrome trim. The license plate number on his truck is HYW9836. Jim Bob has a small scar on his forehead, over right eye.
